Shipping & Terms
Orders are charged in New Zealand dollars.
We'll take care of your order within 3 days (however we tend to manage this much sooner). You'll receive an email from us confirming delivery details, with a tracking number for reference. If you have not received your order within 1 week of confirmation, please contact us immediately as we will be sure to follow this up for you with our courier company and resolve any issues straight away.
If, for unforeseen circumstances the shawl or blanket you've ordered is unavailable, we will be in touch right away to give you the option of placing your order on backorder with an estimated delivery timeframe or offering a refund.
We do supply to international customers, and take great pride in global customers enjoying our unique product. International customers are exempt from paying New Zealand tax charges therefore products are priced showing the GST exclusive figure.

Anyone who owns a Heirloom Baby Ltd baby blanket should be completely happy, so should you wish to return your item, please email us as soon as possible (up to 7 days) so we can give you instructions for where and how to return. We'll happily exchange or refund your order value, excluding shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
